Hockerill Anglo-European College
Hockerill is a government funded IB boarding school, situated in Bishop’s Stortford in the south East of England. It has over 850 students, with about a third boarding. The school has an incredibly international outlook and therefore offers the IB programme.The boarding section is divided into five boarding houses which are named after places in England.

Very good results, especiaclly for the IB.
In November 2011, Hockerill became the first state school to be awarded the accolade of Sunday Times International Baccalaureate school of the year.
Exchange Programme
Hockerill has partner schools in Belgium, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan and Spain. They have an established exchange programme which, in some cases, sees Hockerill students visit families overseas at the same time as their child visits Hockerill.
